Passover @ TJ? Yes, please!

    03.25.25 | Stories

We all know what to expect from our usual Passover Seder: Kiddush, matzah and maror, the symbols on the Seder plate, and of course, eating the Passover meal. We also know there is much more of the Seder that - let's face it - we don't always get to.  There's more meaning, more stories, more culture, more songs, more wine, more prayers, and even more eating! So this year, your Temple Judea clergy team will be sharing some of the magic that happens AFTER the meal.  We're calling it "The B-Side," like the great songs on the other side of your old 45s that you often didn't get to. Together, we'll enjoy Jewish music from all over the world and experience teachings from many Jewish sources. We'll share in-depth learning about Hillel, about Miriam, about gratitude and thanks, and we'll enjoy a gorgeous Passover meal. Come for a special Erev Shabbat Pesach service at 6:15, followed by Passover dinner catered by Scott Roeb, and a specially curated program at 7:30.

This will be a fun, inspiring, and celebratory evening, infused with deep learning that's informed by the richness of this tradition: truly the crown jewel of the festival of Pesach. Join us!
