Summer is in full swing, and so is the excitement here at Temple Judea—especially with the transformation of our Play Yard officially underway! We’ve broken ground and can’t wait to watch this beautiful project take shape over the coming months.

Friday, June 6, we kicked off the project with a joyful celebration. With hard hats, colorful lunchboxes, and even a golden shovel in hand, we blessed the space and heard inspiring words from Rabbi Aaronson, President Bill Harris, and ECC Director Lisa Whitman. It was a truly heartwarming moment for our community.

Our contractors wasted no time and started working immediately. They’ve already dismantled equipment, removed the tarp, and are digging into the first phase of this long-awaited transformation.

None of this would have been possible without the incredible generosity of our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who is helping to bring this dream to life.
