Now that the High Holy Days are behind us, we are truly starting anew — a new year of events, excitement, and endless possibilities! Whatever you’re looking to dive into this season, Temple Judea has something just for you.
As the High Holy Days draw near, we're looking ahead to next Saturday, September 13, as our community is invited to gather for a powerful afternoon that combines two sacred traditions: Seudah Shlishit and Selichot.
The 2025 World Zionist Congress (WZC), often called the "Parliament of the Jewish People," offers us, as Jews in the Diaspora, a powerful opportunity to shape the future of Israel directly. Between March 10 and May 4, 2025, you’ll have the chance to vote in this critical election, joining Reform Jews across the U.S. in selecting the American Zionist Movement's delegates from over 20 diverse slates.
While Rosh Hashanah is a time of joy and celebration, it also invites us to reflect on the year that has passed
With the High Holy Days just over a month away, we’re thrilled to offer a range of services and events designed to bring our community together for reflection, connection, and renewal. There's something for everyone, from traditional sanctuary services that are intended for adults and children ages 9 and up, to our ever-popular Youth & Family Programming, including Rosh Hashanah @ Camp and the exciting return of our Youth & Family Yom Kippur Experience.
June marks membership season at Temple Judea, and you should have received your renewal email last week. As you think about your contribution to your Jewish community this year, we’d like you to consider becoming a Pillar.
As Temple Judea's membership renewal season approaches, we reflect on the incredible value each member brings to our interconnected community simply by being a part of it.
Embrace the spirit of Shavuot, deepening your connection to Torah, to Temple Judea, and to the greater Jewish community!
You may notice some parents with misty eyes wandering our campus this week -- that's because on Thursday we celebrate a poignant milestone as our 2024 Gesher students proudly graduate from our ECC.
Right now, Jews around the world are counting: Counting the Omer. In the Jewish calendar, the 49-days between Passover, our freedom from slavery, and Shavuot, when we received the Torah at Mount Sinai, is called the Omer. Each year, every one of these 49 days is counted, creating a journey from physical redemption to spiritual redemption and making time for self-reflection and somber contemplation.
