While your weekly Judean is filled to the brim with listings for all sorts of events, what makes Temple Judea special isn't just our programming, it's our people. So we're extra-thrilled to announce that this Erev Shabbat, we'll be hosting a very special event at Temple Judea to welcome and celebrate the newest members of our Temple Judea family. Prior to the service there will be a small reception for the adults, supervised activities for the kids, and an intimate space for some of our new member families to meet with our clergy and lay leaders in an informal setting. Then, we'll all move upstairs to the Goor Sanctuary for Erev Shabbat services, where they'll receive a blessing from the bima and from their whole community. There's nothing more rewarding for our veteran members and our new members alike than to gather together and celebrate our growing, thriving community!
