Camp Sababa has once again filled Temple Judea with laughter, learning, and summer excitement! Over the past two weeks, our campus has been buzzing with the energy of campers entering Kindergarten through 7th grade as they made memories, built friendships, and embraced everything that makes Camp Sababa so special.

This year's theme, Jewish Peoplehood, invited campers to explore what it means to belong to the Jewish community and discover the many ways Jewish life is expressed around the world. Through meaningful conversations, hands-on activities, and creative experiences, campers reflected on the idea that while every Jewish journey is unique, we are all connected. To bring that message to life, campers, parents, staff members, and visitors alike contributed to a collaborative art installation; a vibrant tapestry that celebrates the diversity, strength, and unity of our Jewish community.

From sports, arts and crafts, swimming, and Israeli dance to music, tefilah, and meaningful Jewish learning, every day was packed with fun and purpose. Camp Sababa is where summer excitement and Jewish values come together, and it was incredible to watch our campers grow in confidence, curiosity, and community throughout these past two weeks.

Even though another unforgettable Camp Sababa Summer has come to a close, the fun doesn't have to end. Religious School begins August 30, offering another opportunity for kids to continue learning, growing, and building lasting friendships at Temple Judea.
