HOW TO WATCH ON YOUR TELEVISION

If you have a smart TV, you can "cast" services from the Live Stream page or YouTube.  You can also open the YouTube app right on your TV (if you have it) and find Temple Judea Tarzana. If you'd like to hardwire-connect your smartphone, laptop, or tablet to your TV so you can watch services on a larger screen, it's easy. For an HD TV, you will need either a USB-to-HDMI adapter or a Thunderbolt-to-HDMI cable. Make sure to check what connection is needed for your device.  After plugging the HDMI cable into your device and the TV, you need to change the input on the TV and possibly the display settings on your device. This article explains the steps for a Windows device and this article explains the steps for Windows and Apple devices. You also should be able to find instructions through a simple Google search.

If you are trying to access Temple Judea’s YouTube channel from the YouTube app on your TV,  open the YouTube app from the app menu on your TV and search for Temple Judea.  The colorful icon with our logo should pop right up. Make sure to tap the "subscribe" button and tap the bell icon next to it, so you'll get notified when our High Holy Day videos are about to go live.

When following along with the prayerbook, you may wish to consider using two devices  - one for the video and one for the prayerbook.
