BRINGING THE MAGIC OF SUMMER CAMP TO WINTER SABABA! It’s the most wonderful time of the year - Winter Camp Sababa!

It’s the most wonderful time of the year - Winter Camp Sababa! Camp Sababa is a vibrant program that blends Jewish camp life with meaningful Jewish learning through sports, art, soulful singing and dancing, laughter, and lasting friendship. This winter, we’re continuing our summer exploration of Holy Spaces, inviting campers to reflect on what - and who - makes something sacred. Over the summer, our campers built scale models of the ancient Tabernacle and the original Temple, bringing history, spirituality, and community to life in a tangible and exciting way. We can’t wait to see what imaginative explorations they dive into this week! There’s also an optional sleepover on January 2, sure to spark fun moments and memories that will last throughout the whole year.

An overview of Camp Sababa: Campers in Sababa meet for two weeks in the summer, and one week in the winter. The Youth & Family team offers four additional Jewish holiday programs in the Camp Sababa style throughout the year that are open to ALL families (including those who are not enrolled in Camp Sababa). And don't forget, enrolling your child in all three weeks of Camp Sababa replaces their enrollment in traditional weekly Judaica classes (two hours a week) for the school year. Though Camp Sababa is so popular, most campers are enrolled in both programs!
